Managerless Chipolopolo faces Samba boys in Beijing

Zambia National Football Team will face Scolary squad in International friendly match in Beijing China today. Zambia, meanwhile, head into the game without a permanent head coach after Herve Renard ended his time in charge of the nation to take over at French club Sochaux.
Zambia is the fact that the Chipolopolo’s best three players – Rainford Kalaba, Stopilla Sunzu and Nathan Sinkala – will not be available.
Brazil, the five-time world champions will also play without goalkeeper Julio Cesar (finger), defender Thiago Silva (thigh) and striker Fred (thigh) against the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations champions.

Football Association of Zambia president Kalusha Bwalya has described the match against the highest profile encounter in Zambia’s soccer history.
“I might be wrong but I think this is the highest profile match Zambia has ever played in its entire history,” said Kalusha, the 1988 Africa footballer-of-the-year.
The match will kick off at 13:45hours.
